By being a part of AWCI-Colorado, you will have the opportunity to network with peers and suppliers through organized activities and discuss issues that are important to the industry.  You will have the opportunity to attend expos and witness first-hand new and exciting products to the wall and ceiling industries.  You can be involved in AWCI's Technical Committee and eight subcommittees to develop and improve standards of operation in the wall and ceiling community.

• Worker's Compensation Savings - if you qualify for the AWCI-Colorado worker's compensation group, you will receive some of the best worker's compensation rates available in Colorado.  Also, AWCI-Colorado has developed a group health, accident, and hospitalization program, including vision and dental that is available to members at group rates!
• Safety Programs - Through a special agreement with a safety consulting firm, AWCI-Colorado members receive the benefit of a written, well-documented safety program to meet the requirements of your most demanding customers, as well as OSHA.  Documentation is available in English and Spanish.  Such  program would cost thousands of dollars to develop on your own!
• Educational Programs - Part of the focus of AWCI-Colorado is to provide up-to-date education and training on all issues related to the industry.   Apprenticeship classes are an excellent opportunity for your employees to gain training from instructors who have spent two years developing apprentices into qualified journeymen, which in return helps to raise the professional image of your business and make your workforce more efficient.
• Language Classes - Help break down the barriers of communication between employees and others on the jobsite.  English and Spanish classes are available to members and their employees.  Most of all, what is great about these courses is that they teach job related specific terminology.
• Monthly Meetings - Regularly scheduled meetings give you the opportunity to hear from industry experts, professional consultants, and local personalities who speak to AWCI-Colorado members about ideas and trends important for the industry.
