Contract Review

Mark you calendars now and join us for our first meeting of 2010. Our featured speaker is Carrie Rodgers, an attorney with Moye and White. Ms. Rodgers will discuss contract terminology, risk management and profitability. She has done extensive work with the American Subcontractors Association and moderates their Contract Study Group. The presentation will include a question and answer period so please come prepared with examples and questions. This meeting should be attended by Project Managers and Field Managers that review contractual obligations and scope inclusions prior to signing the contract as well as executives who sign the contracts.

From 6th Avenue westbound, take the Wadsworth Blvd. north exit. The first light on Wadsworth will be 10th Avenue. Turn right, and proceed east on 10th Ave. about 1\2 mile to the intersection of 10th Avenue and Pierce St. Turn right to enter into the Club.
